We can do this now, but because our connectivity ends at the breaker, outages like this are considered non-InService outages.  As such, once created, additional incoming calls do not roll into these outages, and instead create new outages.  Also, we cannot perform stepped restorations, a.k.a. bring on the various feeders independently, they all come on at once, but without all of the other calls.

The same thing goes for creating transmission outages.  We can select as many substations as we want, but calls will not roll into it and we can’t step restore. Is there anything that needs to be configured in CADDBM to get this information over or is it is strictly coming from our GTech Maps?
