FTP/FileCatalyst Notice

Intergraph is replacing our FTP server (ftp.intergraph.com) with FileCatalyst, a managed file transfer solution for exchanging files with customers and other external contacts.

FileCatalyst is accessible via https://filetransfer.intergraph.com and provides an easy-to-use Web-based file transfer interface.

To send files, the recipient’s email address is entered and the file(s) are uploaded to the server. The recipient is notified by email that they have a file(s) available and are provided a download link in the body of the email message. The recipient clicks on the download link to retrieve the file(s).

The User Guide provides step-by-step instructions for accessing and using FileCatalyst.

Microsoft Security Updates

Intergraph-SG&I’s Quality Assurance group is pleased to announce that all Microsoft Security and Critical updates for December 2013 have been certified with our applications.

We conduct cursory tests against the currently released version and one version back of SG&I applications for all Microsoft Security and Critical updates. Intergraph-SG&I encourages customers to proceed with installing Microsoft’s December updates based upon your site’s system policies and current maintenance schedule.
