HxGN ONCALL DISPATCH - XALT INTERFACE

OnCall Dispatch - Xalt Interface provides the ability to communicate unit, event and message information between OnCall and a foreign system via Xalt systems (.efe’s).  The information is sent and received using well-formed XML (Extensible Markup Language) documents using the TCP/IP protocol.
 
The product is typically implemented in order to communicate with a foreign CAD system for the purposes of mutual aid.  Mutual aid is a request from, or response to, an external system for assistance with regards to incidents.
 
This product is required to use legacy Xalt systems with OnCall Dispatch.
