Possible Answers

For those using I/Leads via Citrix or Terminal Services, 

Are any of you using Windows Server 2012 for your server's OS?

I'm just asking because we are having an issue getting the Amyuni driver working for session users.

We can initially install the driver and use it error free, however once the admin installer logs off and back on, I/Lead gives a "-41 error" when the I/Leads session user tries to use it upon archiving of the report.
