I have a puzzle maybe you'all can help me solve.   No one I've asked yet has been able to tell me what's going on.   We are publishing our user data for our Primary Conductor feature and getting the following error:

Full Publish V_PRICOND_LN
Querying component view at 1/4/2019 7:35:07 PM
Populating DDC layer at 1/4/2019 7:35:12 PM

Error happened while publishing: Error creating output file mapping: (null)
V_PRICOND_LN has good geometries.
 

We have isolated the issue to the imported new data for primary conductor, but haven't found conclusively why it's failing or how to fix the data to allow publish to work.

1. Run "Batch Validation" program on the B$PRICOND_LN table and check for any data errors. It can be found under Porgrams-->Intergraph G/Technology-->Batch Validation

2. If step#1 doesn't report any errors. Try publishing from DB server if it's running on Windows. I remember experiencing similar issue many years ago. 

I've found that the ddcscan utility is really helpful in finding errors the ddc files.
