We would like to develop a tool that measures dispatching efficiency.

 

An example would be, when a technician is dispatched to a non-staffed town, were all the orders for that town, (within a 5 day window on either side of the scheduled date) dropped on his tablet to work.

 

Please let me know if Supervisors are using a specific tool for reporting out of Inservice.
