        <description><![CDATA[<p>Our Upgrade to G/Technology 10.2.3 (from 10.2.0) was successful.&nbsp; We performed the Upgrade in-house with great help from the Hexagon / Intergraph Support - Help desk.&nbsp; We performed upgrading the Servers, Database, and the majority of the clients over a long three day weekend two weeks ago.&nbsp; We are dealing with a few minor issues, however are Users are working.</p>
