We currently use AQ for Serviceman that have orders still on their tablets and intend to work them the following work day. Is there a way to set the default manual sign on for crews without tablets to be something other than AQ?

]]> 2016-08-25 21:40:20 Etc/GMT In caddbm, check out the Unit Definition > Default Unit Status and Unit Status At Logon for a crew in question.  Guessing a questionable one is set to AQ.  You should be able to update to AV.  If there are a bunch, you may be able to write an Update query to the def_unit table (check the unit_status and type_avail column definitions in the db_schema_both.htm; values come from the cad > Unit Status table).  Should be doable.
