Curious if there was a configuration setting to hide/gray out Change Operator Option under Workstation Menu Option? Our dispatchers are going in to Define node and if they hit Change Operator option above it goes to a sign on screen and boots them out of Dispatcher. Forcing them to reload Dispatcher. Currently Reset Password is grayed out. Currently on Inservice 9.2 MR4

Try creating an override for cad > CDCMDKEY > CHOP to give it a higher cmdclass than any of your IDisp users (like 59 or 60, you can check the list in the Personnel dialog that has all the command classes). This may either disable the command for any user with a lower command class, or not allow them to execute the command.

The decision was to move the location of Change Operater under workstation to farther down on the drop down.

Icallres.dll and udres.dll - Change the location of “Change Operator” in the workstation menu in dispatcher

Open the Inservice Intergration solution from TFS. NOTE YOU must compile this in Visual studio 2010

Inservice Intergration Properties change: udres changed from Template to Release

Go into resource view for udres solution:

In the IDR_DISPTYP (under Menu): Click and drag “Change Operator” down Below the “System” menu item.

Back on solution explorer tab:“Clean only udres” and then “Build only udres”

Note- post build of CopyResources.bat should be ran when building the solution.

Are to provide this to Scott Millam as a tester (C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Intergraph is their new location on the client machines).
