Oracle Knowledge Information Manager http://blogs.law.harvard.edu/tech/rss <![CDATA[Mugshot capture error]]> We just performed a hardware only upgrade to the machine that we utilize to make mugshots.  Our camera runs s-video into an s-video-to-usb adapter.  Now when going into the names module and trying to add a picture to a record using the capture button, we get the error below.  We have installed Leads Tools per support, with no luck.  Has anyone else seen this issue?
