We would like an urgent upgrade for this plugin to support AutoCad > 2018.

Most files these days are created with AutoDesk Civil 3D, which make it impossible to downgrade to a 2013 version.

This functionality will be available in the next EMEA release (May 2020).  I think this will require a full upgrade.

I can confirm that attaching Aucad 2018 files will be part of the 20H1 EMEA release.  It's not possible to get this functionality as an add-on or a fix for previous releases.  In other words, it will be necessary to upgrade to the latest GDesginer version to get it.  20H1 release is foreseen for the end of June (the latest).
