Custom columns in common_event_call that have been added to the main event information dialog in Calltaker/Dispatcher are not being written to the database during event creation. In the event info dialog, if I populate data in a COTS field (e.g. common_event_call.clname) and a custom field (e.g. gender) then both fields create/update fine in the database (config records appear to be correct). However, if I populate data ONLY in a common_event_call custom field in the event info dialog then literally nothing happens, the trigger to insert a new record in common_event_call table doesn't occur. Same issue occurs for updating an existing event.
I'm running CAD 9.4 Q1 2019 and a colleague had this same issue and ended up transferring his custom common_event_call columns to the common_event table.
