When attaching a file to a supplemental report the software stops working and gives a Windows error or it stops working and creates a dump file. once the user relaunches and re-logs in to ILeads the attachment is there and can be viewed. This only happens when attaching to the Supp reports. And appears to be happening on all of my Win 7 32 and 64 bit PCs. It is not happening on my 2008 R2 64 bit Citrix servers.

	Have you seen this?

	Did you find a fix?

The site copied their database and commdata etc from production into their training system and there were triggers on the system1 table that were not changed. Once the triggers were disabled the system1 table was able to be updated to the backend and the user was no longer receiving errors. If triggers are needed and brought over to a different DB then they just need to be checked and pointed to the correct DB.
